The history of the formation of the Academy began in 2019, when it was decided to create a football academy on the basis of the football school at PFC Metallurg.

The founder of the academy was Uzbek Metallurgical Plant JSC. This project was supported by the khokimiyat of Bekabad, which allocated 5 hectares of land on the banks of the Syrdarya River for the construction of the academy. During the period from 2019 to 2020 With the support of Uzmetkombinat, intensive construction work began there. In a short time, a football field with artificial turf, locker rooms, and utility rooms were built, which were handed over to the players for use.

A dormitory and canteen were equipped for the academy students under the stands of the Metallurg Central Stadium. The club fully provided all students with the necessary football equipment, equipment, and uniforms. In 2021, next to the artificial field, the construction of a natural turf field was completed, meeting all modern standards.
